You Have:

-6 years of experience with systems engineering

-1+ years of experience with using Atlassian products including Confluence or JIRA

-Experience with creating system engineering plans, initial capabilities documents, requirements specifications, and interface control documents

-Knowledge of executing systems development processes, including hardware and software implementation

-Knowledge of system architecture, work-breakdown structures, work packages, and the integrated master plan

-Ability to manage system requirements and derived system and functional requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with defined system architectures and develop derived requirements for technical collection systems designed to process telecommunications signals and protocols

-Ability to develop scenarios, threads, and an operational concept that describes the interactions between the system, the user, and the environment and satisfies operational, support, maintenance, and disposal needs and support the planning and test analysis of the DoD Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process and government C&A processes

-Ability to prepare timeline analysis diagrams illustrating the flow of time-dependent functions and author design review packages, Requirements Verification Traceability Matrices, and acceptance test procedures

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with Agile software development principles

-Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

-Experience with Splunk

-Experience with executing test procedures on lab equipment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
