Human Capital Industrial Organization Specialist
Key Role:

Support the design, development, and implementation of human capital applications, including selection and test validation, job analysis and competency modeling, and survey design and analysis, performance management, training, leadership development, career development, workforce planning, workforce analytics, and program evaluation. Contribute to a variety of human capital projects by identifying problems, structuring key tasks, leading and mentoring junior project staff, and sharing technical expertise. Establish effective client relationships to provide optimal client solutions and support marketing activities, including whitepapers, proposals, and capability briefings specifically focused on strategic human capital management, especially in areas related to Cybersecurity. Use new and established theories, approaches, and methods to solve complex problems and identify and apply appropriate research design techniques to collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data. Translate analytical results to communicate to a broad range of audiences.

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in a professional work or internship environment
-1+ years of experience with data analysis and advanced statistics, including internships
-Experience with technical writing
-Knowledge of basic consulting principles

-Ability to create complex documents in Microsoft Word, including Excel and PowerPoint
-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Active Top Secret clearance required

-MA or MS degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology

Additional Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with industrial and organizational psychology applications, including selection and assessment, testing and measurement, job analysis, and competency modeling
-Experience with working in a client-facing consulting environment
-Experience in working with the DoD or intelligence community
-Knowledge of basic Cybersecurity principles

-Possession of excellent research and analytical skills
-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-PhD degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology

-Commercial Cybersecurity Certifications
