Packaging Operator Duties & Responsibilities Operate automatic packaging equipment. Document packaging activities. Feed filling equipment. Palletize finished products. Perform line cleaning. Segregate waste product and materials. Return unused material/product. Participate in safety related programs and or safety teams as needed. Reconcile product bulk, material, packaging and printed materials. Enforce and follow safety regulations and ensure working area is clean. Adhere to Safety, Health, and Environmental policies. Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED Six months Packaging Operator experience in an automated work environment preferred Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Packaging Area Standard Operating Procedures and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations Ability to effectively and clearly communicate, both written and verbally in English
