Core Responsibilities: Technical SME and liaison with Skyline for a CCTV Interoperability Program Manage partner relationships Assist Program Manager with initial engagements and ongoing relationships Ensure intra-communication with CCTV Interoperability team on all new initiatives Schedule initial engagement conference calls and onsite meetings Maintain regular communication with existing and new partners Coordinate stakeholder involvement with initiatives Provide support for events in the Maryland and National Capitol Region (NCR) as needed Attend and participate in major event planning sessions in the Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia region Participate in industry working groups and establish contacts/relationships Build on and maintain the relationship with Maryland State Highway - CHART partner EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Experience in a customer facing role Account Management experience a plus Minimum of 5 years IT experience Technical training in network engineering Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, etc. certifications a plus CCTV systems experience a plus
