Duties and ResponsibilitiesRespond to a high volume of inbound calls accurately and courteouslyPerform necessary duties generated by that contact, to include documentation in database, updating member information, and handling customer and inquiriesReceive and document orders into the databaseAccurately post payments to accounts entering credits and debitsEnter receiving documents and process pick-up and delivery informationPerform data entry of new productsWe are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
