DCS Corp is currently seeking a System Safety Engineer support to provide ESOH to PEO Land Systems, PM AAA program office.

Essential Job Functions:

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Provide analytical support for ESOH aspects for all PM AAA Programs.

Conduct engineering and technical assessments of ACV and AAV in preparedness, comments and adjudications, and progress to close out follow-on actions for technical reviews.

Develop, review, analyze, and update MS and safety related documentation (e.g., SOW, Human Systems Integration Program Plan, Safety Databases, National Environmental Policy Act, Programmatic Environmental, Safety, and Health Evaluation, CDRLs, SEP, Weapon System Explosives Safety Review Board, Programmatic ESOH Evaluations, Safety Assessment Reports, Safety Releases, Safety of Use Message (SOUM), etc.).

Provide support to organize, conduct, and manage the PM AAA internal ESOH Advisory Board and Working Groups.

Organize, conduct, and manage the Hazard Tracking Database and safety documentation.

Support Systems Engineering Working Integrated Product Teams.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A high school plus 16 years of experience, an Associates degree plus 10 years of experience, a Bachelor's and 8 years of experience or a Masters and 6 years of experience.

Secret Level clearance is required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Possess strong technical writing expertise.

Excellent interpersonal, time management and analytical skills.

Well versed in all Microsoft Office suite of products.

Must be capable of developing program documentation and briefings and able to coordinate the review/approval process.

Experience with ACAT I program.

Desired Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 6 years of experience.
