We are seeking a meticulous Education Program Coordinator to manage the production of our scientific education program for our annual meeting, ENDO – the world’s largest event for presenting and obtaining the latest in endocrine science. In this role you will manage the lifecycle of the abstract process, which includes invited speakers, abstract submission, coordinator the review process, managing the abstract database, communicating with abstract presenters and committee members, onsite execution and evaluation. We are looking for someone who works well in a collaborative environment, has a meticulous eye for detail, and has a warm customer service approach to help our members obtain and share the latest in endocrine knowledge.

 

What you’ll bring to the job:

  • BA/BS degree required, or equivalent work experience, and at least 4 years of prior experience working in an association or project management.  Experience with abstract management is a plus;
  • Experience developing CME programs is preferred, particularly with an association’s annual meeting;
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when proofreading;
  • Advanced Excel skills required;
  • Faculty management database experience a plus, especially experience with cOASIS; ability to learn new technology as required.

What you’ll own:

  • Manage the scientific program database (cOASIS by CTI) used to support the annual meeting and other programs.  Work closely with the cOASIS project manager to support the diverse program types, including the design and annual refresh of:
    • Program suggestion site;
    • Faculty corner for invitation, disclosure and confirmation;
    • Abstract submission site;
    • Abstract grading and scheduling sites;
    • Preliminary program site;
    • Itinerary planner.
  • Serve as a liaison to the Annual Meeting Steering Committee by preparing committee materials including, but not limited to, agenda and background information and collaborating with committee members, marketing, publications, and various vendors to conduct editorial review of ENDO related publications.
  • Maintain the accuracy of data and database outputs by managing the flow of data between databases and vendors.
  • Support the Scientific Program Team in the development and analysis of meeting data.
  • Update web copy for the Scientific Program Team via SiteCore web content management system.
  • Assist the Scientific Program Team to regularly review and update the master planning documents and timelines to ensure smooth planning and execution of ENDO.
  • Manage the application process, review, and selection of the Delbert A. Fisher Scholar and presentation of the Clark T. Sawin Lecture.
  • Provide strong customer service; responds to queries from abstract presenters, potential attendees, and committee members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
