Our client, a highly regarded title agency, is seeking a Title Administrator for their office in Towson, Maryland.About You:3+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting, ideally in real estate, title, or related industriesNotary License is preferredIncredible organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to creatively problem solve in complex situationsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment across departments while still performing individuallyExceptional interpersonal and written communication skillsDay to Day:Review and process all incoming title documents and filesMaintain organization for transactions operating over multiple sites and locationsWork cross-functionally across departments and teamsAssist with the preparation of necessary documentsManage and maintain calendars and schedules of closings and appointments with agents, attorneys, and other parties involvedWork efficiently in Microsoft Office, including Excel and OutlookAssist with various projects as neededThis is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experience team and develop as a professional in the title and real estate industry.
