Human Resources Business Partner Our client is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner into their diverse, friendly and professional HR team. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Provide HR knowledge and advice to support senior leadership teams for the achievement of business objectives, improving service delivery and performance Drive a high performance culture by challenging and coaching managers to apply engagement, performance and development principles and tools Provide HR support for all projects within your area to drive timely execution within budget and HR strategy Provide coaching and training to line managers to develop their capability in managing people issues to enable optimum performance from their teams Ensure that employee relations cases are managed in a timely, professional and legal manner in accordance with local law and state legislation and business policy Drive the employee engagement scores for your customer base through detailed action planning and HR interventions where requiredQUALIFICATIONS: Degree or higher is desirable Significant experience within human resources in a senior position, preferably in a large disciplined organization Experience with US Government contracting is desirable International experience highly desirable You should also possess excellent communication, coaching, facilitation and influencing skills. You should be able to demonstrate a pragmatic approach and be a natural at building effective working relationships
