Contacts and System Staff Specialists (R0001264)

JOB DUTIES: Develop business intelligence and quality reports for billing. Analyze billing issues and perform root cause analysis. Perform systems analysis and traffic monitoring of billing systems to support finance operations. Resolve production issues to enhance billing system efficiency and invoice accuracy. Analyze, monitor, test, and maintain billing systems and applications. Perform scripting in SQL, Excel, HTML, and XML to optimize billing and ordering systems and reduce operation time. Prepare finance reports in support of collections and invoice settlements.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management or closely related field plus five years' experience in Revenue Management and Business Analysis. Experience must include six months in Business Analysis Systems; Data Management and Operations; Data Analysis; Operational Support Decision-making; Crystal Report; PeopleSoft; Salesforce; SQL; Excel; HTML; and XML. Must possess knowledge of contract administration terms.
