Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with an executive search firm in McLean, VA seeking an Executive Recruiting Coordinator to provide high level administrative support to the team. Prior Experience supporting a recruiting team is a plus! Apply now and give us a call at 703-821-1911.

  • Create, edit and proof all documents, using MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel - letters, reports, status charts and presentations.
  • Quality is a key concern; high expectation regarding proofing documents
  • Enter and maintain information in proprietary database on a real time basis.
  • Proactively manage search projects, collaborating and coordinating with Partners, Researchers, Clients and Candidates.
  • Coordinate travel schedules for Partners, as directed.
  • Schedule candidate interviews, as requested.
  • Support Managing Partner; travel, calendar, expense reports,
  • Assist in special projects as requested

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Proven proficiency in use of standard company software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • High level of motivation in providing exceptional client service
  • Proven project management and follow-up skills
  • Organized approach and proven ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Well-developed ability to plan, prioritize and support multiple assignments and projects
  • Solid detail orientation
  • Proactive approach in resolving issues/concerns
  • Strong sense of integrity, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information
  • Mature, professional demeanor
