We are seeking a Student Success Coordinator to support our graduates as they identify post-secondary

We are in search of the Student Success Coordinator who will report to the Student Success Manager. The Student Success Coordinator will support the management of Carlos Rosario School International Public Charter School’s College Access and Career Advising Program. The Student Success Coordinator works closely with the Student Success Manager to facilitate the school’s dual enrollment program, track college completion rates, coordinate higher education resources, and support office functions of the Student Services Department.

  • Co-facilitate workshops with Student Service members on topics related to higher education and vocational schools

  • Coordinate student information sessions, advising sessions and acceptance process of students interested in learning about higher education and vocational schools

  • Assist in the development of promotional materials

  • Maintain active and up-to-date records of scholarship usage and balances

  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with university partners and co-facilitate a smooth onboarding process

  • Monitor, develop and participate in student and alumni enrichment activities

  • Prepares a variety of presentations and reports that reflect the results of the School’s College

    Access and Career Advising Program

  • Work closely with the Student Services team and provides administrative support

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience or appropriate combination of education and experience

  • Experience planning workshops and information sessions

  • Experience working with a diverse population

  • Strong outcomes orientation

  • Experience managing data and producing reports

  •  Detail orientated and adept at learning new technologies

  • Proven ability to take initiative and has excellent follow-up skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, Publisher and Excel

  • Deep commitment to CRIPCS's core values and ability to model those values in relationships with colleagues and partners

Schedule:

Monday and Wednesday: 12:30pm – 9:00pm

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Location: Sonia Gutierrez Campus
