The Patient Experience Business Partner coordinates and collaborates with unit leadership to improve patient experience. Communicates and facilitates the metrics associated with evaluation systems and procedures that impact patient care. Leads entity-wide effort to reach patient experience goals for SGMC in alignment with Adventist HealthCare strategic plan.

Patient Experience Business Partner role shared between Ambulatory Networks, Rehab, Home Health, and Physician Offices
