Bachelors or Associates in Accounting with minimum one year work experience. Quick Books, Production Accounting, Microsoft Access and Excel experience preferred. Payables/Receivables, Payroll/Amex uploads, Bank Recs, Auditing, Journal Entries, Monthly Close, Project Cost Reports, Document Management and special projects as needed. Must be detailed oriented and meet frequent deadlines. Work with minimal supervision.
