The employee uses knowledge of administrative procedures governing operations of the department to carry out duties associated with the day to day support

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Coordinator for Central Campus Orientation
- Prepares information needed for Network General Orientation i.e., Orientation folders, tent cards, Employee Roster and Catering.
- Manage the onboarding process by verifying new hire paperwork
- Correspond with Occupational Health and Recruitment on new hires clearance
- Oversee and manage the orientation program.
- Prepare term files for employee database
- Prepare and send out term letters as needed in coordination with HR Business Partners
- Work with department managers to ensure contractors have been cleared through HR and Occupational Health
- Coordinates and manages the onboarding process for contractors
- Manage and track contractor compliance on annual requirements
- Answer incoming calls; assist employees with HR questions and appointments
- Coordinates Grievance process

Qualified candidates will possess:
- High school or GED required, Bachelors degree from an accredited college preferred
- Two (2) years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office

Work Schedule:

M-F 40 hours, day shift
