The Driver:
Drives/Transports Patients and Staff for PHP/IOP Programs, Discharges and Appointments on a daily basis. Ensures Patients are transported in a Safe and Professional manner outlined in our Policies. Completes monthly and bi-annual Safety Audits/Inspections on assigned Vehicle/s as per Corporate Policy.

Qualified candidates will possess:
High School Graduate. Some College preferred.
Minimum of Two Years Driving Experience.
Valid Driver's License
Driving record must have less than 2 points Of Violations/Citations
Must be able to pass a DOT Physical
Active BLS CPR card
Pass a Driving test for a 12 seat passenger Van
