Adventist Home Assistance (AHA) seeks to hire a Referral Center Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. The Referral Center Coordinator is responsible for gathering necessary information from referral sources and providing discovery for prospective customers through high-level sales/interviewing skills. The RCC sells the value of Adventist Home Assistance (AHA) against local competitors, and acts on behalf of the needs of the prospect to provide the right solution for the prospect. This position works closely with Adventist Home Health to cross refer agency and system-wide services; provides support at external sales events when needed; and lends support to the Director of agency as needed.

Education and Experience Required:
• High School Diploma required
• Associates Degree preferred
• Experience in home health or private duty scheduling preferred
• Four years of healthcare office experience preferred

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Drives business development by taking in-depth referral notes and securing appointment for assessment.
2. Provides updates to all referral sources immediately within 48 hours to convey outcomes of referral.
3. Follows-up with Client Service Coordinator (CSC) three (3) weeks after client begins service to gather feedback regarding the agency's service and client satisfaction
4. Relays update on client at three (3) week point to referral source.
5. Represents AHA and is the voice of the company
6. Sells value of AHA services to referral sources and prospective clients
7. Responds to all inquiries within one (1) hour
8. Tracks and follows-up on inquiries when services are not chosen monthly
9. Maintains positive relationship with referral sources by keeping them informed of new and existing services
10. Inputs referral data into HCHB
11. Presents a referral report at weekly staff meetings
12. Communicates effectively with clients and caregivers and other staff to insure timely, appropriate and satisfactory transmission of information.
13. Imparts all information entered in HCHB to appropriate Client Service Coordinator
14. Schedules nursing to do assessments on date/time client desires
15. Schedules Marketing Relations Coordinator for family visits when needed
16. Tracks referrals from AHH and reports to Intake Director monthly
17. Other assignments as needed to support the growth and mission of AHA
