Adventist Behavioral Health seeks to hire a Nurse Supervisor/Clinical Administrator who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. The Clinical Administrator will directly report to the Director of Nursing and is responsible for operationalizing the strategic plan for their department and hospital. Ensures for the assessment, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the delivery of safe and effective patient-centered care. Prior psychiatric/mental health nursing experience required.

The ideal candidate would possess the following:

-Maryland RN licensure and current BLS CPR card. BSN degree required, Masters preferred

Responsibilities:

-Promotes cohesive work teams and constructive conflict resolution, actively supporting intra-and inter-disciplinary teamwork, within the department and organization.
-Partners with physician groups relevant to patient centered care.
-Encourages staff to provide input and make decisions to improve patient and family care and the work environment.
-Assumes an active role in leading the process improvement initiative to address opportunities for improvement.
-Collaborates with other departments in a professional manner as needed to provide patient-centered care.
-Assigns and delegates patient care tasks as appropriate, considering staff members' level of nursing experience, competency, and knowledge.
-Conducts hospital nursing unit rounds to monitor census and staffing. Makes recommendations when appropriate.

Work Schedule:

Nightshift 6:45pm - 7:15am

12 hour shifts / weekday / weekend / holidays
