The Business Plan Manager will facilitate the identification and implementation of AHC's growth opportunities resulting in increased net patient revenue. The Business Plan Manager will work collaboratively with entity subject matter experts throughout the life cycle of all business development opportunities to maximize the revenue/growth potential of each project.

Job Responsibilities:
• Partner with entity business development and financial management subject matter experts to complete the business plan template for all new growth opportunities
• Work collaboratively with entity subject matter experts throughout the life cycle of business development opportunities to maximize revenue/growth potential
• Manage the development and utilization of AHC's business plan template
• Produce monitoring review materials including reports and presentations
• Manage AHC's integrated delivery network portfolio
• Perform analyses on business plan assumptions to identify and mitigate risks
• Serve as a liaison to AHC's target service area to identity new growth opportunities

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Bachelor's Degree required in business or finance preferred
• Master's Degree preferred
• Five to eight years work experience in business development, strategic planning, financial management, or decision support required
• Working knowledge of health care industry required.
• Five years of supervisory or program management experience required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above preferred.
