Collections Medical/ Call Center Representative (Fairfax)

Provide excellent customer service to patients with questions about their bill and follow-up on outstanding patient balances. Full-Time, 8:30am- 5:00pm, Mon - Fri, in Fairfax. Strongly prefer Spanish/English bilingual fluency and Call Center work experience.

Our customer service representatives are responsible for assisting patients with questions about their bill, collecting all patient account balances, maintaining correspondence and documentation on each account regarding the same and assisting in the administrative functions of the department as needed.

We require excellent customer service skills and prior medical payment collections experience.  Must have 2-4 years of experience in multiple patient accounting functions. Must have good knowledge of patient registration, coding, charging, patient and insurance billing and collection and managed care requirements. Must have high call volume experience similar to Call Center.
