This is a great opportunity for someone who has transferable "people/service skills" and the desire to work in an office. NO OUTBOUND TELEMARKETING OR COLLECTIONS CALLS! - Provide a professional, detailed response to all incoming inquires
- Ensure expert level customer service is delivered on every call
- Document system with all pertinent data

Qualifications/Background profile:
- Enjoy a Work/Life Balance. Mon-Fri schedule
- Ability to multitask using research skills while simultaneously providing friendly, efficient customer service
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong service skills
- MS Office computer proficiency is required
