Responsibilities

The ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in:

The Market Research Associate will work with a group of energetic brokers and researchers in a fast paced and exciting work environment.
  • Collect data via electronic/paper/reliable personal sources regarding real estate news and information
  • Retain files for market information
  • Generate various reports on market conditions
  • Maintain several databases
  • Provide information to brokers as needed
  • Assist brokers and staff in special projects as needed
  • Update listings on CoStar and LoopNet
  • Attend real estate related meetings and events


Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications needed for the position:

Requirements include; a four year college degree and 1 to 2 years related research and analysis experience. Familiarity with CoStar a plus. A commitment to providing consistent, accurate information will drive the successful applicant's daily work. Strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to multitask, exceptional attention to detail, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office, InDesign and internet-based research are essential qualifications.
