The incumbent will perform full life-cycle recruiting activities and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a winning work ethic, heightened sense of responsibility and ownership, a good eye for talent and passion to go far beyond the boundaries of the job.

The Senior Recruiter will perform the following duties which include but are not limited to:
• Provides inclusive outreach that includes comprehensive recruitment and screening activities that meet the diversity needs of our region - including sourcing, networking, offer negotiations, hire and on-boarding and manage competing demands, while being adaptable and flexible.
• Interview using Behavioral Interview techniques, evaluate candidates for consideration and hire.
• Keep abreast of market trends to educate and advise hiring managers on competitive best practices.
• Build applicant sources and talent pipelines by visiting career fairs and national events.
• Lead and organize recruiting special events, task forces or committees.

Minimum Education/Training Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, healthcare or related field preferred • At least 7 years of work experience that includes managing projects and/or recruiting, in a healthcare environment • At least 5-10 years of full life cycle recruiting experience. • Professional certification preferred (i.e. SHRM-CP, PHR) • Experience with Workday preferred
