Jo Title Enterprise Architecture Analyst Location Washington, DC Hiring Mode Full Time Job Description SCOPE OF WORK Maintain overall data quality, integrity and completeness of the EA repository tool Perform regular updates of data including bulk uploads Perform data validation by creating and configuring reports and queries Perform tool administration tasks such as user access management, tool configuration, performing regular jobs including publishing Provide support to EA enterprise users in their work within the tool (ie technical support, guidance and data validation, ad hoc data requests) Perform content reviews in terms of correctness and completeness including generating exception reports and resolving discrepancies in data quality Participate in the testing activities and assist with resolving issues Prepare and maintain user guides, training material and procedural documentation for tool access, configuration and usage Create and maintain various reports, visualizations and dashboards SKILLSEXPERIENCE REQUIRED Prior experience of working with Planview Troux as an EA repository Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to interact professionally with a diverse group High level of initiative with a proven ability to work independently Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio), SharePoint Experience with generating dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI Familiarity with relational databases and performing queries Proficiency in systems and data analysis and modeling is a plus Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and concepts is a plus Prior experience with Enterprise Architecture tools is a plus Experience working with APIs is a plus BSc. in Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems or other related field Minimum 5 years of experience
