Responsibilities
- Independently plans and carries out a wide variety of administrative tasks. Performs special studies or tasks involving collaboration and coordination in gathering data and information needed by the Chief for and other staff members.
- Determines information sources, makes inquiries, conducts studies, analyzes content and presents material in a concise and usable format to the Chief and other staff members.
- Oversees operational coordination activities with the FPAC Staff when called upon. Provides support to the staff in monitoring and tracking projects, controlled correspondence, proposals and other requests as assigned.
- Prepares data that requires a high level of operational knowledge and analytical ability. Plans, schedules, and conducts tasks and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the office.

Qualifications

- Interpreting, applying, and providing technical guidance as it relates to Federal administrative policies, programs, operations and regulations;
- Exercising control of scheduling appointments, meetings, telephone calls, conference space and travel for others;
- Coordinating a variety of administrative services to include procurement of space, equipment, supplies, printing, equipment maintenance, transportation, telephone service, property management, etc.; and
- Developing operating procedures, policies and/or instruction in order to facilitate and improve the effectiveness of these services.
