Ideal candidates for this position are hard-working, motivated recruiters who are good at what they do, but would prefer to get out of the "agency" format of recruiting. Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities:Full life-cycle recruiting, to include but not limited to, the candidate selection process (recruiting, screening, interviewing and hiring).Designing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to effectively identify, attract, qualify, recruit and hire talent to meet current and projected needs of the company.Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.Performing searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, recruiting firms, employee referrals and other means as required.Screening and referring applicants to hiring manager making hiring recommendations when appropriate.Updating and maintaining staffing spreadsheets as requested.Other duties as assigned. Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.One to four years of professional level experience in recruitment and selection activities with a hospital, medical center or health system.Strong understanding of external resources: job boards/databases, mining the web, social media, email marketing and cold calling.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.Occasional travel required. CRA currently has over 30 Veteran Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), located nationwide. We implement and operate these clinics to provide our Veterans with easy and convenient access to quality health care. These clinics provide outpatient services, including but not limited to: routine diagnostic procedures, immunizations, behavioral health care, and health and wellness visits.
