Webster, Chamberlain & Bean LLP has an opening for an associate attorney. Three years minimum experience but no maximum. The candidate will be working on a wide variety of matters for the firm's trade association, charitable, and other nonprofit clients. Work will consist largely of research, legal analysis, drafting of memos and opinions, and reviewing leases and contracts. Willingness to work hard in a team-oriented setting, but with independence and "ownership" of projects. Experience in nonprofit or association law ideal but not required. General business law or benefits/pensions experience also welcome. Significant client contact.
