Responsibilities: Responsible for providing support services to young adults through geriatric individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in the different stages of recovery.Qualifications: High School diploma required, AA or BA in Human Service field preferred. Person with lived experiences required (defined as having been treated for mental illness and/or substance abuse). Crisis Intervention experience and peer training is preferred. QMHP eligible.
