The ideal candidate must be motivated and have strong leadership skills to help manage and grow our clinics. The candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to build good rapport with patients and employees. A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required but Masters' or Doctoral degree is preferred. Clinical Managers are also responsible to perform the duties of a Physical or Occupational Therapist as outlined in the Physical or Occupational Therapist Job Description.Oversee and manage clinical operations for entire clinic(s)Assist Clinicians with conflict resolution when necessary.Evaluate and adjust clinic efficiency through weekly analysis of caseload, FTE's, charging practices, quality/continuity of care, etc.Oversee staff scheduling/coverage to ensure patient treatment is not compromisedEnsure that all personnel in clinic(s) demonstrate professionalism, positive attitudes, appropriate communicative skills, punctuality and attention to detailEnsure that all workers' compensation patients present in clinic are properly advanced with appropriate communication as per established protocolsEnsure that all therapists practicing demonstrate the appropriate level of workers' compensation knowledge to design functional programs, monitor consistency of effort, document appropriately, and communicate appropriately with necessary individuals involved in the patient's caseRun regular meetings at clinic(s) of responsibilityMeetings are performed to review all workers' compensation patients and assist in making sure appropriate treatment is being performed, communication is appropriate and timely, and generally ensure that fine details of treatment are not being missedAddress any efficiency issues of the clinic(s), and devise potential solutionsMake sure meeting minutes are taken, prior meeting minutes are reviewed to ensure tasks have been accomplished, and current meeting minutes are forwarded to managementPerform clinician reviews for clinicApprove / deny clinician PTO requests and arrange for coverage when needed.Assist with quality assurance throughout clinicRegular chart reviewsIndustrial training of staffMeet with Industries regarding servicesPerform marketing services as neededProvide doctors, nurses, industries, insurance reps, or any other necessary contact with in-depth discussion of clinical servicesEnter into discussions with industry regarding specific services to assist their individual needs.Speaking engagements that outline services providedProvide additional marketing to assist designated marketing personnel as schedule allowsJob Type: Full-time
