Working with professionals, Project Managers, Sales Executives and others on preparing Estimates and Custom Development for the client. The ability to scope out work, manage and in some cases delegate and oversee other developers work. Quality control and testing. POSITION REQUIREMENTS In addition to the necessary skills and experience to perform the responsibilities outlined above, there are a number of traits that a successful candidate will possess. Responsibilities bull Technical design, develop and testing of core Dynamics NAV granules and add-on's bull Work with internal stakeholders to understand the technical requirements and scope out modifications and custom development bull Convert functional requirements to technical specifications and design documents bull Make technical recommendations for installation, modifications and custom development bull Ensure development best practices are adhered to by other team members bull Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization Technical Requirements bull Minimum of 4 years Dynamics NAV Development experience bull Certification in Dynamics NAV, preferably o Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 or later CSIDE Development o Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 or later Installation Configuration bull Experience developing for both Classic and Web Client bull Experience developing RTC (2013) Three Tier Environment bull SQL setup and configuration for NAV 2013 bull Dynamics NAV Web Services bull HTML 5 Experience bull .NET Experience bull Mobile Development bull SSRS bull Experience with Dynamics NAV Jobs and Service modules bull Experience participating in Work Scoping Estimation bull Strong understanding of the SDLC bull Excellent communication, planning and organization skills bull Ability to establish priorities and work independently Desired Qualifications bull Dynamics NAV 2016 experienceDynamics NAV 2016 Extensions bull Experience leading a development team bull Computer Science Degree bull SQL Certification Personality and Cultural Success Factors bull Easy to do business with.
