In this new role as a Scrum Master, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for leading the transformation of how the Single Family (SF) business manages projects, to deliver more value for our customers. This high-profile company-wide initiative will change the way Freddie Mac and our SF business operates now and in the future.

Your Work Falls into These Primary Categories:

Coaching & Facilitation
  • Lead the team thru planning activities for all aspects of the transformation for SF
  • Manage daily standups for the SF Catalyst Team; manage tasks, key milestones, risks and issues
  • Work in partnership with the Enterprise MD Transformation Office and the SF BTO to align our plans and determine how best to implement in SF
  • Create key materials (e.g. Plan/Roadmap, dashboards, executive briefs) for key stakeholders to inform and engage them on our plans, progress, risks and issues


  • Agile experience (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for managing a large complex plan thru execution
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A solid understanding of how people experience change and the phases of the change process
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

  • Proven experience in planning projects using agile for large organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong planning, organization and visualization skills.
  • Enjoy engaging all areas of the business and working with new teams. In addition, networking and connecting with people daily and building partnerships with multiple stakeholders while navigating complex, competing priorities are also essentials for this role.

  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
