Understand and qualify customer goals and effectively articulate EVERFI's ability to achieve these goals. Collaborate with strategic sales and contribute to effective technical demonstrations throughout the sales process. Conduct deep-dive "hands-on" education/training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using the EVERFI platform Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the customers' architectural solutions/environment. Assist in Sales stages such as opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations (POC), RFP responses & business justification in a technical pre-sales capacity Ensure the success of customer Proof of Concepts through effective management of success criteria, planning and technical execution Be an evangelist. Establish credibility & build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customer organizations to enable them to be EVERFI advocates Distill and advocate customer interests, needs, and product feedback to internal EVERFI Product and Engineering teams. Maintaining awareness of internal roadmap and new product features to evangelize with customers and distill customer feedback to product management and engineering groups Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst EVERFI networks, author or contribute to customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, tutorials, etc.; present sessions at EVERFI and industry conferences Continuously learn and update skills and keep aware of industry trends in the integration and data management space 6-8+ years of experience in a solutions engineering / technical consulting role ideally in the SaaS space Strong technical background with hands on professional or personal experience in one or more of the following areas: Ability to travel 25% to 50% Superior organizational skills working with multiple customers and have the ability to switch context quickly throughout the day with various competing demands Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a comparable field
