A women's owned business partner of ON-3 has a need for a contractor with call center, and both e-learning and classroom training design experience.The successful candidate will be a full-time employee of our partner contracted to the State of Maryland for approximately 6 months with the possibility of multiple extensions. They will be responsible for developing new training material, maintaining existing material, and conducting one-on-one training sessions with end-users. They must be professional, articulate, and able to work independently. They must also be extremely organized - able to organize documentation, arrange training schedules, coordinate students, create and modify training materials, and organize materials that have already been delivered. "Must-Have" SkillsDesigned both e-learning training and classroom training materialsComfortable doing stand-up classroom trainingSome call center experience either training in a call center environment (preferred) or worked in a call center at some point as a CSR or phone sales "Nice-to-Have" SkillsCall center experience in a government settingAny type of government (either state or federal) work experience as a contractor or direct government employeeDepartment of Social Services experience
