Responsibilities The IA Data Analyst SME shall serve as the senior analyst for all security-related aspects of the JSP computing. environment. This SME should have proven experience implementing and maintaining security postures within. complex network architectures. The candidate must be able to perform duties associated with the following tools and technologies Experience working with large structured, semi-structured or unstructured datasets while, transforming and combining those data sets for exploration and modeling Experience implementing and utilizing predictive analysis and histogram trending. Knowledgeexperience with NoSQL databases such as Mongo DB or Cassandra. Expertise leveraging R, Python, and SQL to generate and deploy modeling solutions. Knowledge of DOD Cyber detections tools, such as DOD Host-based Security System (HBSS) or its commercial equivalent, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator and Host Intrusion Protection System and, DOD ACAS or its commercial equivalent, Tenable's Nessus and Network Monitor Experience with monitoring, collecting server logs, firewall logs, intrusion detection logs, and network traffic utilizing Splunk, MicroFocus'ArcSight, or Elasticsearch. Knowledge of the DOD vulnerability scanning requirements utilizing DOD DRSI Standards and Tools. Familiarity with automation scripting for vulnerability mitigation and repeatable processes. Knowledge of dashboards utilized for delivering technical reports and formal papers on test findings. Must have experience in server environments featuring Linux, Windows Server 2008 or higher, and virtualization environments featuring VMWare andor Citrix. Position Requirements Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance or related fields and 7 years of experience relevant to this key position working in forecasting roles in Cyber Security, Economics, Finance or Marketing analysis. Required Security Certification to Apply This position requires an active certification in ONE (or more) of the following CCNA Security, Security+ CE, GSEC, SSCP, GIC SP, CASP +CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH.
