You will supervise our team of Inside Sales Reps and Customer Success Managers. You will help develop sales opportunities in new and existing accounts, work with our partners, and work across the sales, marketing, and product teams to increase our sales KPIs and provide feedback that makes our products and go-to-market tactics better.Is this you? At least five+ years of relevant sales experience selling enterprise software. Prior Supervisor experience a plus. Ability to supervise a small team (6) of early career sales employees. Qualifying and discovery skills that match prospects with solutions. You approach every day with 110% enthusiasm. Meeting expectations is not enough for you. Team-based selling is you. Part of a wolf pack is more rewarding - security experience is a plus, but it is really about selling complex software to the uber geeks.
