Salesforce Application Development Project ManagerBethesda, MD.Candidates must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (green Card)Leading Path consulting is searching for a dedicated and passionate Salesforce Project Manager for an application development contract opportunity supporting our client in Bethesda, MD.ResponsibilitiesThis position requires a dynamic project manager with experience supporting mid to large application development initiatives. This person will be a member of the client's application development team working with key business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and that the project is delivered on time and on budget. This includes Ensuring Salesforce business requirements are captured correctly and clearly understood by the implementation team Working with multiple business and technology stakeholders Managing potential impacts of project scope changes and making recommendations for projects Developing and maintaining project plans Conducting program team meetings, tracking issues, decisions, action items, and following-up between meetings to drive issues to closure Developing, cultivating, and managing customer relationships Leading and organizing the development of briefing materials for customer updates and decisions Managing schedules, risks and quality of project deliverables Recommending and implementing approved risk mitigation options as appropriate Working with team members and stakeholders to anticipate and manage changes to projects, such as but not limited to, technical and functional requirements, business requirements and milestone schedule Managing client and company expectations for software development projects based upon approved project requirements RequirementsRequired Skills 3+ Years of Salesforce experience as a PM for application development initiatives 10+ years of work experience as a project or program manager Experience with Fortune 500 companies on cross functional projects Experience as a project manager on mid to large application development initiatives Familiarity with full lifecycle development methodologies and tools (MS Project) and / or, Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (Jira) Must be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.
