Requirements(IND 001-002) 5+ years of Data and Business Analysis experience 3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator role Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques Product quality management and UAT processes such as test strategies, scrums, and defect management Strong Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets especially Excel and SQL Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings SDLC experience in an Agile environment Experience working on multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities Leads the development of business requirements, functional designs, process maps, user test plans, and training materials associated with business process and technology solutions. Facilitates client involvement in User Acceptance Testing. Product Quality Management using SDLC including defining system requirements, product quality management, testing and defect management Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules Utilizes project management processes and tools to facilitate the delivery of business process and technology solutions Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs Work with various internal business stakeholders and external third party companies to identify and document designs and specifications Breaks down high-level business and user requirements into a functional product design Write formalized functional requirements and user acceptance criteria Oversee the change control and management discussions and processes Create Project Plans, analyze and mitigate project risks, Define project scope and Create and Maintain RTMs
