Job DescriptionThe Product Portfolio Manager will be responsible for analyzing the success of and directing the future of the Higher Logic engagement platform portfolio supporting the corporate market. They will serve as a domain expert, using knowledge of customers and prospects to drive the long-term vision of the products and services along with the business requirements across all aspects of a solution lifecycle. They will conduct win/loss analysis to determine successful and targeted opportunities that drive recommendations to improve adoption and support a customer's journey. They will develop buyer and user personas around the product portfolio to inform the various solutions teams on requirements and go to market considerations. They will maintain familiarity with industry resources and serve as a leader in the market. They will use this knowledge to make recommendations about pricing and packaging to ensure value-based solutions.ResponsibilitiesCompetitive analysis to stay aware of and ahead of competitive differentiators, driving product development and sales positioning.Ability to create and define detail requirements (epics) across various solutions within the product portfolio based on needs of the corporate market segment.An active leader in the Product organization with ability to drive innovation and change across all lines of business.Ability to work in a collaborative and results driven model with various product and development teams based on agile principles.Ability to drive market research, including understanding of packaging/price models and business plans in support of the corporate market.Ability to engage and drive various customer community engagement groups including Product Development Groups, Product Advisory Council, Online Community Product Forums.Assist with pricing and packaging strategy to maximize sales and revenue opportunities.Create and define Market based roadmap deliverables. QualificationsMinimum of 5 years' experience in the Corporate SaaS delivery industry.Experience with product or solution management with emphasis on SaaS software.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
