Job DescriptionWe are in search of a diligent and dedicated Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Success team. The perfect candidate is interested in problem solving, helping people, and tackling tricky challenges that confront our customers. This is a customer-facing role, responsible for assisting the customer best utilize the Signal Vine platform. You will act as the technical lead working with customers to set-up and send important message campaigns using the Signal Vine platform.A successful Implementation Specialist will maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction and act as the day-to-day face of the organization. You'll be the voice of your customers internally, suggest ways to improve their user experience and help knock down barriers to their success.The career path for this position includes career development on the Implementation team to lead larger, strategic implementations as well as future opportunities in Product Management or Account Management.This position reports to the Director of Product Management working closely with the Account Management team. It is a full-time position based in Alexandria, VA.Job ResponsibilitiesLaunch customers on Signal Vine's messaging platform, from initial kickoff to sending their first messagesAssist customers in setting up new messaging campaignsTrain users on how to use the platform and answer day-to-day questionsMaintain positive customer satisfaction for a number of dedicated accountsHelp drive adoption of new features and expand customer usage of existing toolsPerform other customer success or support tasks as required QualificationsObsessive about getting all the details rightInternal drive to meet deadlines and to bring others along with youExperience working with technology products and platformsEffective time management and organizational skillsExcellent analytical, verbal and written communication skillsIntegrity, high character and ability to maintain the confidentiality of customer dataInterest in technical topics or learning to code is a plusDesire to work in an early stage company with "can do" start-up attitudeBachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited, four-year institution (or relevant work experience)Additional InformationCompany BenefitsCompetitive salaryMedical (employer paid), dental, and vision insurance plans401(k) plan with company matchGenerous paid time-off and holiday scheduleCasual office attire and pet-friendly office
