WWC is searching for a Program Manager for a potential opportunity in the National Capital Region. The Program Manager will assume responsibility for overall management and functioning of all evaluation activities. This includes overseeing all aspects of evaluation such as planning and budgeting for each assigned activity, identifying appropriate staffing levels, securing appropriate qualified staff, and reporting and deliverables.This position is contingent on contract award.Wittenberg Weiner Consulting, LLC (WWC) is a small, woman-owned business providing management consulting services to US government agencies.At WWC, our employees are the embodiment of our success as a firm. Please send your request to WWC HR.RequirementsBasic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. An active Secret security clearance. Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus. Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications. Five years of project management experience, including requirement gathering, design, implementation, and ongoing program management. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position. Preferred Qualifications Five years of management experience, leading multi-disciplined teams of analysts, and other personnel. Five years of experience planning, designing and implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects in the security sector for a national organization, an NGO/IGO, the UN, or private industry Experience as a military officer or civilian in the security sector for a department, agency or bureau of the US government, to include experience and knowledge of defense policy and operations. Executive-level management experience, leading multi-disciplined teams of analysts, and other personnel, including requirement gathering, design, implementation, and ongoing program management. Experience planning, designing and implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects in the security sector for a department, agency or bureau of the US government, a national organization, an NGO/IGO, the UN, or private industry. Experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools, analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods. Experience producing written reports and developing platforms to present monitoring data such as dashboards or other updateable graphic presentations of data, and conducting, analyzing, presenting and incorporating program and activity evaluations.
