EveryAction (the nonprofit-focused arm of NGP VAN) is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team as a Senior Director of Mid-Market Sales. Day to Day: As the Mid-Market Senior Director, you will report to EveryAction's VP of Sales. In this role, you will oversee both individual contributors and Directors on the team. You will be responsible for communicating team goals, company directives, and driving your team to consistently achieve or exceed quota. You will work with Directors and oversee the training programs for new hires, ensuring their ability to meet milestones in a timely manner, and once fully onboarded consistently hitting revenue targets. You will play a heavy role on recruitment and hiring for new members of the team. Requirements: A strong interest or understanding of the SaaS (software as a service) industry, and more specifically in becoming an expert in the EveryAction Platform A strong understanding of the nonprofit market, how nonprofits work internally, and how purchasing decisions are made. Driven to create new relationships outside of our current client network Client focused and highly organized Experience using a sales CRM such as SalesForce to ensure your team tracks and manages all account and opportunity activity, as well as preparing accurate forecasts of team performance Responsible for implementing individual and team specific KPIs across direct reports and Directors to ensure they are on track to hit or exceed their goals Well-developed oral and written communication skills; particularly the ability to craft effective proposals and deliver engaging presentations in an Executive Sponsor role 10+ years of sales experience including 5+ years of experience managing a sales team. Strong preference for candidates with previous experience managing people.
