Responsibilities:Answer service desk calls and maintain tickets in service desk ticketing systemProvide remote and onsite supportManage, maintain, troubleshoot and support networks, hardware, software, and other related peripheralsInstall and support new desktops, laptops, servers, networks, and printersReview and respond to remote monitoring and management (RMM) system alerts and notifications RequirementsPrevious experience in a managed services environment or similar field workMinimum of 4 years experience in a technical support/network admin roleExperience with PC hardware installation and maintenanceExperience with software installation and supportExperience supporting Windows operating systems and Office applicationsExperience with Windows Server, networking, and email systems (Exchange, Office 365)Experience with network storage management including backup and restoreExperience support Mac computers and macOS/OS Xa plusExcellent time management, communication, and customer service skillsReliable transportation for onsite supportPlease send resumes to: careers@gettechclarity.com and include desired salary.
