If you enjoy helping people and making sure they get great service, this job is for you!My Plumber Heating Cooling and Electrical is a family owned company in business since 1982.Job Duties:Answering inbound calls and assisting customer who have specific inquiriesOutbound calling required to existing customer base to schedule maintenance appointmentsBuilding customers interest in the services and products offered by the company with a sense of urgency for the purpose of cross-selling and up-selling.Follow up with clerical duties including faxing, filling up paperwork, credit reference checks and liaising with other departmentsRecord and maintain files and records of customer requests, work orders, services performed, charges, expenses, inventory and other dispatch informationTracking sales numbersScheduling installations including securing materials needed for the jobsYou Need:At least 3-5 years of basic customer service skills in an office environmentCall Center ExperienceBasic computer knowledge/technological skills including CRM SolutionsSound judgement and the ability to manage difficult customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, drive for new business, solicit feedback to improve service, treat all customers with respect, instill trust and uphold the values of the organizationAbility to meet tight deadlines and work in a high-pressure environmentHours are Tue & Wed 1-9 pm, Thur 9-5, Fri 1-9, Sat 7:30-6.If this sounds like you, please apply today!Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $14.00 /hour
