Graphic and Web DesignerLocation: Bethesda, MDWealthEngine (WE) is seeking a Graphic and Web Designer to develop creative mail campaigns, digital ads, presentations, product sheets, infographics, trade show booths, Wordpress website and other graphic and web design activities. Our technology powers the campaigns of some of the biggest non-profits, universities, financial service firms, and luxury brands in the country. We help them find and influence wealthy individuals who have the capacity and propensity to donate to their cause, or purchase their products.If you are passionate about creating designs that portray a professional image, reinforce branding and communicate our message through visuals, then we want to talk with you right away!Here's What You'll DoWork with the marketing team to develop print and web design solutions to support WealthEngine communications, training, and internal/external marketing strategiesDesign, analyze and make recommendations for effective email marketing campaignsProduce best practice artwork and designs, while keeping design strategy in mindUnderstand and execute the production process from concept through deliveryProof content and copy with attention to detailProvide creative solutions for a wide variety of print and web projectsAlong The Way, You Will AlsoStay current on industry knowledge of design best practicesBuild interdepartmental relationships to improve processes, productivity, and marketing design and strategyParticipate in company training and professional development opportunities A cents € " and also in our parties and picnics!What We're Looking For In You3+ years' experience in Graphic and Web DesignBachelor's degreeAbility to design fully responsive websites accessible from mobile and desktop browserStrong layout, typography, and design experienceProficient in CSS and Wordpress website design and shortcodesProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and InDesign)Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize while successfully working on multiple projectsStrong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to other team membersPerksMedical/Dental/Vision and Flex Spending AccountPaid holidays and vacation401k planParking or public transportation travel allowanceLots more!How To Get This JobIf you would like this story to be yours, send us a copy of your resume and a letter telling us why you would be the ideal fit for this role.
