The Real Estate and Facilities Manager is responsible for establishing, developing, and executing strategies to ensure facilities infrastructures are in place to support the business and future growth goals around the USA. PERI's Real Estate and Facilities Manager will be responsible for directing and leading the site planning and design for all new building/yard construction, remodels to existing buildings, capacity planning, space planning, building maintenance/upkeep, building code compliance, and building permitting.We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, is open-minded, passionate about their work, in addition to being a team player.Are you are looking for an exciting opportunity with a growing company that cares about their employees? Our success is the result of a philosophy to provide the best possible solutions together with the best possible service with a workforce that is focused on and understands the importance of customer satisfaction.What you'll do in a typical day:Develop PERI Real Estate and Facilities Management strategy, guidelines, standards, KPS, and reportingDevelop and manage budgets, including maintenance and repairs, site services and outside services and laborLead projects in terms of new constructions, remodeling, repairs, and space planningManage relationships with vendors outside of the organization including but not limited to property managers, cleaning services, security, and building maintenanceEnsure contracts are accurate and renegotiate on an annual basisManage floor plans and office capacity - maintain accurate records of usage, adjust teams/locations as needed, and work with Business Unit Vice Presidents, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Global Headquarters, located in Germany, to understand future needsMonitor and ensure that the locations are in compliance with all local, state and Federal regulations and/or permits, as well as compliance with Company's Safety standardsBuild and maintain relationships with leasing agents across all sites - lead process for subletting and/or expanding spaceBe resourceful and proactive around managing space, be flexible to taking on further responsibilities, and take on ad-hoc projectsWhat you'll need to be successful:Desire to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing, results-driven environment5-8 years professional experience in Commercial Real Estate and FacilitiesExperience with Corporate build-out, refurbishment, and constructionStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to understand audiences and tailor communication as appropriateAbility to travel approximately 30% of timeKnowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and OutlookProject management experiencePERI offers benefit options including medical, dental, vision, supplemental options, 401k retirement with company match, paid holidays and PTO (paid time off).We thank all individuals for their interest in PERI, however only those selected for interviews will be contacted.US work eligibility required.
