Rybbon is based in Tysons Corner, VA.Account Executive Key Responsibilities:Play a key role in a 5 person sales team (8-10 by end of 2020), lots of room for growth & advancementFollow-up on and convert inbound leads into happy customers. Proactively assist and grow customers who sign-up self-serviceDrive on-going use & growth opportunities within existing accountsEarn customer trust by understanding their needs and thoughtfully answering questions, demonstrating product and recommending best practicesImplement and follow structured sales and account management processes including tracking key data in Salesforce.comAchieve performance metrics and goals set by managementRequired Qualifications for Account Executive:1 - 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B software / SaaS salesFluency in using (or, other CRM)Experience with tools like Salesloft, YesWare, etc. a plusFour-year college degreeExcellent phone and email communication skillsTrack record of high achievement - tell us what you've done that makes you a winner!Integrity, energy, and genuine desire to understand and solve customer pain pointsPrevious sales experience in gifting, research, marketing or survey tools a plus.What we Offer:$45,000 - $55,000 base salary per your experience.
