Sales Account Executive
We are looking for an experienced, talented and motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team based in Halethorpe, MD. We are looking for someone to be comfortable with freedom and flexibility, but also work hard and be a driving force behind attracting new business and account management.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The Sales Account Executive's primary focus will be in obtaining new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts. You will be responsible for finding new clients and driving sales opportunities.Build strong relationships with customers by staying in constant communication to ensure daily, long term, and project needs are met.You must be accountable, detail-oriented, well organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving skills while continuing to treat clients and team members with respect and integrity is a must.You will be responsible for selling video production services to businesses and building relationships with advertising agencies around the MD, DC, and VA areas.Manage client expectations with schedules, timelines and deliverables.Assist with occasional on-site client relations during productions. You will need to be comfortable with a diverse client base, personable, and approachable.This position will be primarily Monday to Friday but will occasionally involve weekend productions, out of town video shoots, and travel.Candidates who apply must be flexible, adaptable to change, and able to work in team environments.Full time, base salaried position with commission, PTO, and holidays.SKILLS REQUIRED:Passion for sales and building customer relationships3-5 years of B2B sales experience, with preferred experience selling video marketing or advertising.Experience working on a CRM platform (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)Knowledge of the video production industry, including pre-production, production, and post-production distribution.Must be able to persuade, motivate, and influence others.Driven, enthusiastic, self-motivated.Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Multi-tasking at various levels, including strategy, client relationships, estimates and proposals, timelines, budgets, and follow up.
