TSA's Paid Search Account Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of a small number of brand name accounts and building strong relationships with them. They will leverage their paid search/display industry knowledge, work with the team to create, manage, and optimize online paid search campaigns and interact regularly with clients to provide ongoing reporting, analysis, and ad optimization.This position requires a candidate who has a solid foundation in paid search tactics and strategies, and who excels in client service. Our ideal candidate will be a capable project manager and passionate about online marketing. The role requires a strong eye for detail, analytical skills, and the ability to make decisions independently.You will:Manage a book of business and ensure all goals and deadlines are metProvide best-in-class SEM deliverables and regularly communicate performance results.Find opportunities for the growth of accountsAnalyze, recommend, and implement improvements to meet client's online marketing objectivesIdentify ideas/solutions to meet client's strategic objectivesDevelop/Partner with team members to develop strategic campaign structures and unique search campaignsAdopt high quality account management and channel best practices You should have:3-6 years' experience running paid search campaignsProven technical understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM)Proven ability to service clients in a digital environmentAdept at managing client expectations as it relates to scope and delivery of serviceStrong project management skills and attention to detailProven ability to set team priorities and collaborate with other departments to deliver servicesGood energy. Superior oral, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skillsAbility to represent and promote TSA in a professional mannerMust be open to travel as neededProficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPointBachelor's Degree - or equivalent work experience - is required. It would be great if you had:Experience with AdWords Editor and UI, as well as Bing UI and desktop toolProblem Identifier and solverExperience with DoubleClick Search or DFAFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Omniture, or another analytics platform About Us:Join a team of digital explorers!
