Summary: PropertyRoom.com is seeking full time Client Success Representatives in our Frederick, MD corporate office. These roles are fundamental to supporting asset disposal, inventory management and client relations. We are seeking professionals with great communication skills, a warm and outgoing demeanor, a positive attitude and the ability to manage their time effectively when faced with a variety of deadlines. Must be proactive and possess self-starting and self-leadership skills.The Client Success Representative's responsibilities are to work with our network of subcontractors to ensure best-in-class inventory management practices, reporting, and invoicing, as well as providing friendly, efficient customer service to clients and staff. The Representative will coordinate the disposition and sale of assets through various auction channels while having direct contact with clients and auction employees. The Representative needs to be a "people person" that builds relationships easily, and solves concerns & issues diplomatically. Good teamwork skills, with a keen eye for detail, communication with other departments to obtain information and responding to clients' requests efficiently and timely are essential. The Representative will be responsible for a variety of duties including, but not limited to, maintaining a portfolio of assets to achieve expected operational metrics, facilitating new client welcome calls, using internal systems to log and track client interactions and inventory updates, set up accounts in subcontractor systems, create reports, and reset client passwords as specific examples. The most important responsibility of a Client Success Representative is maintaining our client base. This primarily includes staying in touch with the company's various clients to ensure assignments are completed on time and are accurate.
