We are well recognized in Washington, Maryland and Virginia as having the highest level of service.Position: Dishwasher + Ice Machine Program sales professional to supervise its team of Route Technicians to ensure the highest level of rental customer satisfaction while developing new business and building the AERE brand. You will partner with both our sales team of Equipment Consultants and our Route Technicians to plan, direct, and coordinate all rental sales and route service activities to achieve the sales, service, accounts receivables and profit goals of the company. Additionally, you will supervise Route Technicians to maximize their performance in the areas of customer service, companion product sales, accounts receivable, equipment maintenance, and safety.Account Executive:Work with our existing customer base to sell companion products.Find and close new leasing and sales opportunities.Rental Program Supervisor:Ensure customers receive timely and high-quality service.Ensure that Route Technicians operate in a safe manner and all company and regulatory practices are followed.Train Route Technicians in all areas of responsibilities including customer service, equipment service, companion sales, and collection management.Work with management on route issues.Manage customer AR account status.Develop plan with management and direct price increases and resigns on routes.Participate in employee development and assessments with management.Support other areas of operations as directed by management.Successful Candidate:Ability to communicate effectively and influence others.Ability to lead and direct teams to achieve objectives and follow established best practices.Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.Work with a sense of urgency, tenacity and persistence.Drive to be the best and the desire to never stop learning and improving.Great organizational skills.Being a team player with a positive attitude.We Offer:Salary + unlimited commission.A fun and friendly, team-oriented work environment.Health insurance coverage with generous contribution by AERE.Paid leave.Very generous 401k match and profit-sharing program.AERE is committed to your success and provides innovative training programs to ensure your ability to grow within the company.
